Cancel Your Order
We provide an initial 24 hour 'cooling off' period in which you can cancel your purchase, before it has been shipped.
To Cancel your order use the system provided within your personal shop account. Or email details of the order you wish to cancel to: returns@wchouffotartist.com, stating you wish to cancel your order and providing details of the order. For instance: Order Reference Number, Your name, address and email used when making the order.
If the item has been shipped then refer to the policy details below.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, together with its certificate of authencity (supplied with: original artworks and limited edition prints), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We reccomment using a tracked service as this ensures that you (the customer) can track the item's progress and provides proof of delivery. We accept no responsibility for items that are lost in transit or are undelivered to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer excahnges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
