Shipping policy

You may collect goods from me by prior arrangement or have them delivered.

Delivery of completed orders will be made on behalf of W Chouffot Artist by either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or any other delivery services at the discretion of W Chouffot Artist.

All delievries are tracked for customer peace-of-mind.

Charges for postage, packing and delivery will be incurred and payable at the time of order. You shall be responsible for all customs and other duties and all related costs and expenses payable on any international transaction.

Where specified you will be required to sign for delivered work, or we will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the delivery.

Where W Chouffot Artist has agreed to deliver goods to you, goods shall be delivered to the delivery address specified, if our representatives are unable to gain access to the delivery address or delivery is delayed due to any act or omission of the client, you will be held liable for any additional delivery costs incurred as a result of re arranging delivery.

Immediately upon receipt or collection of any goods, you should inspect and satisfy yourself with its condition. If you fail to inform us within 48 hours after receipt or collection, of any defect or problem you shall be deemed to have confirmed that the goods are in a satisfactory condition upon delivery or collection and payment will be due in full.

W Chouffot Artist will offer a replacement if an item is deemed 'lost in the post'. In this instance this will only apply if an exact address has been supplied and no evidence exists to suggest the customer has been left a delivery card or contacted by our courier services in relation to the delivery. Such a replacement will only be offered when the appropriate delivery time as stated on our website has expired.

W Chouffot Artist maximum liability shall not exceed the total sum payable in connection with the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits, loss of contracts or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising.
